• Push Notification Service: Apple Push Notification Service (APNS) for iOS alerts

These providers are bound by strict confidentiality agreements and can only use data to provide their specific service.

5. Your Rights and Choices

5.1 Access Your Data

You can view all your portfolio data, alerts, and watchlist items within the App at any time.

5.2 Update Your Data

You can add, edit, or delete positions, alerts, and watchlist items directly in the App.

5.3 Delete Your Account

You can request account deletion by contacting us at [email protected]. We will:

• Delete all your portfolio data within 30 days
• Remove your email and credentials from our database
• Retain minimal logs for legal/security purposes (up to 90 days)

5.4 Opt-Out of Notifications

You can disable notifications at any time:

• In-app: Toggle alerts off in the Alerts tab
• iOS Settings: Settings > Notifications > Daily Stocks Dashboard

5.5 Data Portability

You can request a copy of your data by emailing [email protected]. We'll provide a JSON export within 14 days.

6. Children's Privacy

Daily Stocks Dashboard is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at [email protected].

We do NOT use third-party analytics or tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel).
